Women in Security Awards

Something new for UK private security. The 2012 Professional Security Magazine – Women in Security Awards are the security profession’s first dedicated awards that recognise and honour the accomplishments, value and contributions of women within the wider world of security.
Whether you are the CEO, chairman or Managing Director of your own security company or a security professional working within the security department of a commercial organisation or business or public sector or the wider world of security we are looking for nominations in the various sections.
The judges will consider:
- How does nominee contribute to the security industry beyond their day-to-day employment?
- How does nominee stand out when compared to their industry peers?
- How has nominee paved the road for women in the security industry? Or how have they contributed to the success of women in today’s market?
- How will they contribute in the future?
Taking the lead in organising this event is Una Riley.
All women are welcome and nominations can be from anyone who recognises a female colleague as having made a contribution to their business or department … or the industry as a whole.
The 2012 PSM – WiS Awards will be held at a prestigious event each year. In 2012 it will be at the ASIS 11th European Security Conference and Exhibition on April 16, 2012, in The City of London
